Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities - Family Supports Program
The Family Supports Program from the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (formerly referred to as NEON funding) is available to families of all income levels who have a child who is eligible for Cuyahoga DD services.
The Family Supports Program provides an annual allotment between $750 and $1,500 for eligible children for programs and services including camps and recreational activities for children with developmental disabilities.
We have been in contact with a representative at the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities who has confirmed that funds from the Family Supports Program can be used for our play
groups at The Treehouse.
If your child already receives services from the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities and you would like to use Family Supports Program funds to register your child for our play groups during our upcoming session, please send us an email at thetreehousebedford@gmail.com for details about how we can work together to utilize your funds for playgroups.
If you are new to Cuyahoga BDD or are uncertain about your eligibility status, please call 216-736-2673 or Intake@CuyahogaBDD.org. See this page for more information regarding eligibility for Cuyahoga Board of Developmental Disabilities services.
Other Financial Support
If our new fees present a significant barrier to your child's participation in our groups, but your child does not have a developmental disability or is not eligible for Cuyahoga BDD services - please reach out to us via email at thetreehousebedford@gmail.com. We are working hard to secure scholarship funds to support families in need.
We don't want any child to miss out on the valuable services and programs we provide!
